Saraj Bakery started four years ago as a tiny bakery making artisan breads and delectable desserts our customers could feel good about eating. Along the way we created wholesome baked goods made from less refined and organic ingredients that fit your lifestyle. We strive to create delicious fare free of additives, preservatives, hormones and enhancers of any kind, and to respect our customer's dietary needs be it gluten free, sugar free, yeast free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian or vegan.

Great taste never has to be sacrificed to achieve healthy eating. Today, our mission to create foods that will excite your senses has evolved to include our full restaurant (Pizzazz Bistro in Kentville), and new Saraj Bakery and Cafe on Commercial Street in New Minas.
